Its duties

The Board of Directors sets CADES' issuance programme and may choose to delegate all power to its Chairman.

Its composition

Mr Patrice Ract Madoux was appointed Chairmain of the CADES' board of Directors by presidential decree on September 9th, 1999.

CADES' Board members were reappointed by decree on March 12th, 2002, October 16th, 2002, March 18th and 24th, 2003 , July 29th, 2004 , October 24th, 2005, february 6th, 2008.They are:

- Mr Ramon Fernandez, Treasury Director, or Mrs Maya ATIG, Deputy director, in charge of insurance
- Mr François Tanguy, Deputy Director of Public Accountancy, or Mr Nicolas Wannieuwhenhuyze, Deputy Chief Executive
- Mr Philippr Mills , Deputy chief executive of Agency France Trésor or Mr Sébastien Raspiller, Deputy chief executive of treasury department head

• Board members representing the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry
  

• Board members representing the Minister of Employment and Social Security
  

- Mr Dominique Libault, the Social Security Director or his Deputy, Mr Jean François Chadelat, General Inspector of Social Affairs
